What you'll do

• Develop and execute communication strategies to engage internal and external audiences.
• Develop written communication materials including blog posts, social media posts, presentations, etc.
• Assist with maintaining the corporate internal communications channels.
• Coordinate social media, email campaigns, and website updates. Liaise with teams across the organization to streamline project deliverables.
• Track and report on key performance metrics for communication initiatives.
• Lead the organization for the annual internal development conference.
• Monitor and research industry trends, competitors, etc., as needed.
• Assist with the organization, coordination and execution of virtual and/or in-person internal and external company events.
• Support day-to-day operations across the Administration & Operations team.

What you bring

• Education in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
• Experience in communications, project management, operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player attitude, good communication and networking skills. Strong time management and organization skills.
• Proactivity, flexibility and self-organization are highly valued.
• Good knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint), social media platforms, content management tools.
• Fluency in oral and written English and Romanian, German is a plus but not mandatory.
