Join our newly established agile Corporate Tax product team (within Finance Success Solutions) and play a pivotal role in re-defining corporate tax transactions with innovative solutions that streamline processes and drive efficiency within our Global Finance Functions, including Accounting, Tax, Controlling, Treasury, and Finance Infrastructure.

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SAP Corporate Tax IT Product Owner to join our team.

As such, you'll play a pivotal role in in building and enhancing solutions for corporate Tax business processes while also supporting Product Owner responsibilities, such as facilitating planning, refinement, and other responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our agile processes. Dive into both technical and functional aspects, contributing to the team's success in delivering exceptional products to meet evolving business needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of our SAP Corporate Tax solutions, such as New World Tax Order (BEPS 2.0) and Internal Transfer Pricing, ensuring they meet the needs of our business and customers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that drive business outcomes and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of SAP Corporate Tax solutions, from concept to launch
• Define and manage the product roadmap, setting clear priorities and timelines
• Ensure solutions comply with relevant tax regulations and standards, including direct tax, new world tax order and internal transfer pricing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business users, to deliver high-quality products
• Promote innovation and continual improvement, identifying ways to improve product features and user experience
• Perform thorough testing to guarantee reliable solutions and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Oversee the product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, such as new tax regulations, to drive product development

Qualifications:

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• 8+ years of professional experience in an IT, Development, or Consulting environment
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements, including the new world tax order (BEPS 2.0) and internal transfer pricing and SAP solutions and related business processes, coupled with integration knowledge of SAP applications such as Financial Accounting, Tax Accounting and Reporting, Group Reporting, Performance and Profitability Management (PaPM) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning, Embedded Analytics 
• Fluent English language skills are mandatory, German language skills beneficial
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet user needs and exceed expectations
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Programming experience in ABAP/ ABAP OO or another object-oriented programming language as a plus
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Product Owner) is a plus
