What you'll do
The Project Management Office (PMO) plays a vital role in ensuring that the project team can focus on delivering project outcomes, while they handle the administrative and operational elements. Your support is crucial to the smooth functioning of projects, especially in complex or fast-paced environments.
Project Setup, Monitoring, and Reporting:
- Assist in project setup, including forecasting, planning, and risk and issue management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, such as weekly status reports and snapshots.
- Monitor progress in MS Projects, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
- Conduct time recording checks and margin reviews.
Communication and Coordination:
- Schedule and document meetings, capturing action points and follow-ups.
- Prepare presentations, visuals, and status updates with inputs from PMs.
- Support consultant onboarding, interview coordination, and resource scheduling.
Deployment and Post-Go-Live:
- Track and resolve defects during deployment and post-go-live phases.
- Prepare cutover files and support go-live communication and monitoring.
- Compile lessons-learned documentation and ensure smooth project handovers.
What you bring
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
- University degree – Economics, Informatics, Computer Science, Polytechnics, Business or related field.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Trello. Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for coordination and reporting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and experience working with diverse teams.
- Timely completion of tasks, accurate documentation, and effective risk escalation.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality support.
Foreign Languages:
- Fluent Romanian
- English at business level
- Any other European language is an advantage

It is an integral part of Customer Success and Delivery board areas, whose mission is to ensure that our customers adopt SAP innovation, both in terms of our solutions as well as approaches and methodologies. For ASC, this translates (among other things) into helping SAP deliver projects with the right methodology and tools, adhering to standard and Customer clean core principles delivering solid outcomes that translates to business value to our customers. Whilst ASC is organized mainly in terms of Solution Areas (where all the functional expertise of a specific solution resides), ASC Services Scale and Engagement function provides orchestration within and between the solution areas to support market unit’s business needs.
