Join our cross-product team as an Innovation and Integration Specialist, where you'll drive innovation and collaboration across a range of critical areas. The Role:

As an Innovation and Integration Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our products by leading initiatives that span multiple domains. From overseeing security concept aspects, serving as enabler for the adoption of new technologies such as cutting-edge AI solutions, to ensuring data compliance, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that push the boundaries of innovation. While specific qualifications and skills are beneficial, we're seeking candidates who are flexible, open to learning, and excited about diving into new challenges.

 

What you bring:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as single point of contact (SPOC) for integration initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across teams.
  • Oversee security, compliance and archiving concepts, implementing measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure regulatory requirements.
  • Act as an enabler for the adoption of new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, lo-code/ no-code platforms, to accelerate product development, streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize internal processes and streamlining workflows to enhance developer experience.
  • Work closely with architects to design scalable and resilient product architectures that support future growth and innovation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations, archiving practices, security protocols, solid data management expertise, and new technology adoption.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, testing frameworks, and AI technologies is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies and concepts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities

We as Core Finance IT Solutions team consult, implement & operate IT solutions to make people more productive and help SAP run at its best. Our product teams aim to provide highly automated and integrated solutions for our internal customer in Finance board area, thereby helping SAP to focus on financial goals and by securing compliance with legal and other requirements.
