ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide SAP customers to achieve better development and operation management for hybrid solution, provide advisory on methodology, process and tools
  • Develop best practice content, setup demo systems, conduct customer training and workshops on agile and DevOps topics
  • Deliver workshop and implementation of SAP Solution Manager in terms of Software Change Management, Deploy Management and Automation Test
  • Understand customer situation, identify pain points and risks, define overall solution and action plans, provide support and solve technical issues
  • Enhance existing systems to fulfill customer requirement, develop support and reporting tools base on SAP Product or open source software

TECHNICAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Development skill is a mandatory (e.g: Java or ABAP)
  • Experience in development or operation for PaaS/SaaS product, familiar with product deploy and release procedure
  • Knowledge for popular DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, etc.), be able to research on new topics/tools and build demo quickly
  •  Agile and extreme programming knowledge
  • The following skill would be a plus: SAP Product development or operation, PMP/project management, machine learning, Artificial Intelligence

SOFT SKILL

  • Present and communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • Consistently projects a positive and professional image, comfortable with customer facing tasks, be able to handle stressful situation
  • Willing to travel and deliver on customer site (>70%)
  • Coach or trainer experience would be a plus
