We're looking for an Associate DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. This entry-level role is suited for individuals eager to dive into frontend development and expand their skills. You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of technologies, including React, UI5 Web Components, Python, TypeScript, Go, Kubernetes, Bazel, and Terraform, contributing to the development of application components.

What you'll do: 

- Assist in developing features using React, TypeScript, and UI5 Web Components, among other core technologies.

- Explore and learn about connecting to REST-based services, and the importance of testing with tools like Cypress.

- Contribute to writing clean, maintainable code in TypeScript, with the chance to work across the stack including backend technologies.

- Engage in performance testing and optimization to enhance application features.

- Collaborate with team members from various departments to ensure project success.

- Adapt to and learn about continuous integration/deployment processes and source control with Git.

What you bring:

- A willingness to learn and a foundational understanding of front-end development practices.

- Interest in technologies such as React.js, UI5 Web Components, REST APIs, Python, Go, Kubernetes, Bazel, and Terraform.

- Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Effective teamwork and communication abilities.

The Hyperscaler account management team is responsible for creating cloud accounts in AWS, GCP, Azure, and AliCloud. The team's work includes managing the core hyperscaler account metadata for SAP, developing APIs, user interfaces, automating resource management, managing user access, governing account creation, and continuously integrating and deploying applications to facilitate efficient cloud adoption at SAP.
