YOUR FUTURE ROLE
You are experienced in customer projects in the area of SAP Spend Management and you are looking for a new challenge?
We are helping our Premium Engagement (Max Attention) customers to run their business best by identifying issues, performing root cause analysis and providing issue resolution based on SAP Best Practice.
Apply now for the position in the Customer & Vendor Management CoE, with a focus on Spend Management (Ariba and/or SAP S/4HANA Procurement), to become part of our team of experienced consultants and young talents.
In your new role, you can expect the following tasks, among others:
• Delivering remote and on-site services to both our global and mid-market customers in Europe. For this reason, very good written and spoken English skills are required.
• Analysis, monitoring and optimization of complex business processes, as well as error analysis in hybrid system landscapes with a focus on SAP Spend Management.
• Training and mentoring of young colleagues in our team.
The constantly changing customer situations require high degree of flexibility and individual approach to each new customer. However, this is also what makes our job so appealing. Regular travel to the extent of approx. 20-30% is required.
YOUR PROFILE
• Very good knowledge in business processes, integration, and implementation / customizing in SAP S/4HANA Procurement / Logistic, in the domains: Operational Procurement, Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management or very good knowledge in implementation / customizing of Ariba.
• Very good knowledge in the area of SAP system analysis. • Very good analytical skills to solve complex problems.
• Hands-on experience in customer management, implementation, service delivery, and/or project management.
• Confident and friendly appearance and very good communication skills.
• High and continuous willingness to learn.
• Business fluent English, both written and spoken. German skills are a clear advantage.

We support our long-term customers in the planning and design phase, analyze and solve critical problems and provide reliable quality assurance of the results and the action plan created. Providing subject matter expertise in the context of escalations is an added value to our core responsibilities.
