We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you’ll build

You’ll build and evolve a highly scalable, cloud-native CIAM platform designed to serve large enterprises with demanding performance and reliability requirements. Working across leading hyperscalers, you’ll design and implement systems capable of handling tens of thousands of requests per second, ensuring low latency, high availability, and strong security. You’ll tackle challenges around distributed architecture, identity flows, and real-time processing, while contributing to a platform that is mission-critical for authentication, authorization, and user experience at scale.

What you bring

You have hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud, and are familiar with Kubernetes (k8s) for building and operating containerized workloads. You are comfortable working in Linux environments and have a good understanding of networking fundamentals, performance, and troubleshooting. You have some experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, and are familiar with concepts like auto-scaling and system reliability. You are interested in open-source technologies and enjoy learning how to use them to build scalable and efficient solutions, with an awareness of cost optimization.

Where you belong

You’ll belong to a team that values ownership, curiosity, and collaboration. We operate in a highly supportive, low-ego environment where ideas are shared openly, feedback is constructive, and everyone is encouraged to challenge and improve the status quo. The people who thrive here are proactive, hands-on, and enjoy solving complex problems at scale while continuously learning and growing. Collaboration is deeply embedded in how we work—across engineering, product, and security—with a strong emphasis on transparency and shared responsibility. You’ll have opportunities to expand your impact, deepen your technical expertise, and take on leadership in shaping both the platform and the way we build it. What makes this team special is the combination of real-world scale, meaningful challenges, and a culture that genuinely invests in its people.
