The Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our diverse team of professionals, you will have a hands-on experience with Linux internals and also work with DevOps automation tools in the context of cloud infrastructure and security management . 

You will have the opportunity to work alongside many skilled peers and will lead efforts to deliver modern automation solutions for SuccessFactors production datacenters.

•    Administer multiple server OS; UNIX/Linux and Windows environment
•    Deployment, configuration, and verification of key mission critical applications and infrastructure
•    Create scripts and assist with automated deployment processes
•    Setup and configuration of tools to monitor the applications, security, and auditing
•    Provide extensive troubleshooting and technical expertise in identifying issues that impact service delivery
•    Scheduling, planning and implementing new systems
•    Operational support as application SME for 24x7 systems, including on-call rotation duties
•    Conduct collaboration and open communication; reaching across functional borders
•    Utilize your support expertise to set and improve existing standards for system administration such as process, builds, monitoring, reporting and documentation


Requiered Skills

  • Linux – SuSE/RHEL
  • Tomcat
  • Azure/ GCP
  • Scripting Tools


Experience Required

  • Strong knowledge of SAP API Management, Apigee or any middleware
  • Strong understanding of the Linux Operating System, standard networking protocols, and components.
  • Working knowledge on Networking such as Virtual Network, Load Balancer, VPN Gateway, Application Gateway, and Content Delivery Network
  • Having working knowledge on monitoring tools like Splunk & Zabbix
  • Having working database knowledge
  • Having any scripting knowledge is preferable .
  • Experience in ITIL Service Management & Escalation Management
