About the product and the team 

What do you think about being part of an innovative, dynamic and collaborative development environment, building a state-of-the-art platform together with a team of experts from around the world? 

We are working on a new SAP product, which will offer SaaS experience to the admin end user to set up the data integration architecture and to the business end user to get insights into this underlying data. 
 

You will be part of the SAP Foundation Cockpit team in Budapest. With this new product SAP will offer SaaS experience to provision E2E business scenarios represented by insight applications. This new product will offer the ability to on-board an E2E business scenario, that brings high business value to the customer and ensures that all required technical parts are properly provisioned and connected.   

Expectations and tasks 

• As a developer of the BDC Cockpit team you will focus on design, coding, and quality assurance of specific product features. 

• You will contribute to the development of the new SAP product and to its ongoing maintenance. 

Job requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related fields 

• 3+ years' experience in software development projects in any role. This job requires familiarity with the challenges that software development poses, such as working with an existing code base and repository. 

• Fluent English 

• Good programming skills 

• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript languages in Node.js environment (we want to migrate from Node.js to Java)

• Proficiency in JAVA programming language and ecosystem 

• Proficiency in UI frameworks (React or Angular)

• UI5 as an advantage
