The Support Experience Process & Innovation Office (SEPIO) envisions and empowers a word-class support experience through a unique ability to build bridges, work across the customer lifecycle, and deliver innovative processes, solutions, and analytics. We are a unit of about 60 colleagues, within Product, Data & Technology (PDT) under Corporate Processes & Information Technology (CPIT), in the OCEO board area. We are looking for the main driver and coordinator of the IT Portfolio (business demands in the direction of the IT organization) for customer support and cloud operations.



  • Driving and coordinating the IT portfolio for the areas of Support and Cloud Operations;  the ultimate goal of this task is to support the business in achieving their customer satisfaction and efficiency targets. Business demands go mainly in the direction of Service Now (HCSM), SAPforMe and AI technology.
  • Aligning with the customer support and cloud operations business units about their strategic priorities and how this will be reflected in the IT portfolio epics and their prioritization.
  • Representing support and cloud operations demands towards IT delivery units. Align with IT delivery units how to overcome obstacles and achieve most outcome with limited resources.
  • Owning the IT delivery roadmap that reflects at any point in time the status of IT deliverables. Being able to present (e.g. the IT delivery roadmap and other items) to senior management across SAP.
  • Being the SEPIO power user in the Jira tool where the complete IT portfolio is administrated. Providing regular updates towards the business and the SEPIO unit itself about the status of support and cloud ops focused epics and features. Being in close contact with central CPIT units focusing on the IT portfolio process.
  • Being a member of the SEPIO leadership team cooperating closely with the other SEPIO leadership team members, work on SEPIO wide and beyond projects.




Required skills

  • Deep expertise of the Customer Support business and Cloud Operations business (or at least deep understanding of one of the 2 and good understanding of the other)
  • Being able to guide and facilitate strategic and process related discussions with the business and technical discussions with the IT delivery teams to support the business in achieving their strategic goals taking limited resources on the IT side into account.
  • Being able communicate in a structured way about complex IT related processes, projects and situations. Being able to present and communicate towards senior management level.
  • Ability to collaborate across geographical, organizational, and cultural boundaries.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
