As an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist, you will develop and maintain applications used by thousands of users globally, working closely with international teams. You'll contribute to technical concepts, architecture, implementation, and operations of SAP’s support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop, Test, and Support SAP support components.
• Optimize and Simplify support processes and code, using agile prototyping to identify the best solutions.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve technical issues in SAP’s support processes.
• Maintain Documentation of development activities and technical specifications.
• Own Your Work Scope, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong ABAP skills, including ABAP Objects, ABAP CDS, and OData.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, with experience in SAPUI5 (beneficial).
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTTP, SOAP, XML, REST) is beneficial.
• Experience with ServiceNow (CSM/ITSM) is a plus. ServiceNow certifications are advantageous.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

This role requires a strong technical background, collaboration with global teams, and a proactive approach to taking ownership of your projects.

We are responsible for harmonizing and optimizing SAP’s support & cloud operations processes and parts of security operations on a user-centric, innovative platform, focused on delivering a simple, stable, effective and desirable internal (for SAP employees) and external (for SAP customers) customer service management. Central to this effort is the 3rd Party SaaS platform ServiceNow and its applications IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Security Operations Management (SecOps).

By creating this solution, we serve all SAP lines of business and internal cross teams.
