EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS 
IT Client Support is responsible to support local business for IT related topics in conjunction with the global IT standard processes. 
The local IT Client Support is working on problem and service request tickets which are created by employees and which are already pre-qualified by the Shared Service Center Ireland. The whole 1st Level support is covered by the IT Shared Service Center.
In this role, the IT Client support will: 
• Analyse and process incoming tickets on HW and SW requests after pre-qualification by the central service team
• Analyse and process on network and communication related topics in close teamwork with central expert teams 
• Analyse and process Server (Windows) related topics in close teamwork with central expert teams 

• Provide support and periodically execute maintenance activities for meeting rooms AV and communication infrastructure

• Monitor printers, report technical incidents and assist the support team during repairs

• Install and configure notebooks and mobile devices according to internal processes

• Run administrative tasks like inventorying local IT Equipment
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 
• Student: University/Master’s ideally in Information Technology

• High service and customer orientation 
• Willing to learn and increase the knowledge in the IT Area 
• Good communication skills
Language requirements 
• Native Hungarian 
• Excellent English skills due to daily work with a virtual IT Team across Europe 
WORK EXPERIENCE 
• Previous working experience in a Client Support role is an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (macOS/Linux is a plus)
• Knowledge of network infrastructures ( WAN/LAN ) 
• Knowledge of  IT Equipment –installation, maintenance and troubleshooting (Laptops, PC’s Printers, Smartphones, Audio-Video and communication equipment….) 
• Knowledge/understanding of IT ticketing systems

• Reporting to: IT Manager 
• All employees in Budapest
• HW Service Partners 
• Ensure support for main installations of SAP providers
