The Role

Great SaaS products’ need great product management. This means overseeing the development of new products from concept to commercial release. Meeting customers and partners, analyzing the market and competitors, investigating new technology, and working closely with development teams to specify new features – these are just some of the ways our product managers keep busy. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Budapest office. In this role, you will join us in defining a Loyalty Management solution that could revolutionize the way customer experience and loyalty managers delight customers with experiential loyalty strategies, motivate continues interactions, and give the customers more freedom and relevancy.


What’s the job?

  • Be part of the Loyalty Management product team and define the future roadmap and innovation strategy of the product
  • Continuously monitor and understand market trends and customer needs
  • Participate in building the product’s vision and roadmap
  • Collect, prioritize and create product requirements for new capabilities and features. This includes working closely with engineering and other product managers to drive alignment on critical dependencies
  • Collaborate in discovery with engineering and UX designers to ensure a top notch user experience
  • Ownership of product requirements, driving the product life cycle in an agile methodology including user stories, personas, UX, and UI to successfully realize your plans
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and features
  • Communicate the product roadmap to both internal and external key stakeholders
  • Put yourself in the customer’s shoes - through research and direct customer contact to represent the needs of our customers in our product development process


Have you done this kind of stuff?

  • 5+ years experience in a product management role building B2B SaaS products
  • BA/BS required, MBA or similar graduate degree preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical decision making skills, business thinking, Independent and organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills to informally lead and drive discovery and execution with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in implementing products using Agile methodologies
  • CRM/Loyalty processes familiarity preferred
