What You'll Do:

In the role of a SAP Developer, you will be a key contributor to an internal tool to maintain SAP internal data, which is setting the future direction for managing, structuring and simplifying customer experience and support processes. Starting from improved categorization and routing, innovative and AI/ML-based solutions improving and enhancing the support experience of SAP’s customer as well as support engineers are consuming and relying on the data provided by the tool. Here's what you will work on:

• Engage effectively with the product owner, architect and other developers, to further develop the solution.
• Contributing towards the overall strategic vision of our systems, applying innovative ideas and insights to our existing infrastructure.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle which includes development, testing, support and documentation.
• Uphold superior usability and adhere to all SAP Security Standard requirements.
• Troubleshoot, identify and resolve any technical glitches swiftly and efficiently.

What You Bring:

Successful candidates should demonstrate:

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Netweaver 7.4/7.5 ABAP syntax.
• Expertise in SAP OData development with ABAP, CDS Views, ABAP Objects.
• Proficient understanding of authority checks.
• Desire and passion to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Excellent team working abilities with the ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and support your peers to achieve common goals.

We play a significant role in enabling SAP support organizations to conduct their business optimally. Our expertise spans across various fields like managing Support Infrastructure, owning Support Processes, and building up the future of data driven decision making. Being part of our team means you will work in a dynamic and innovative environment that consistently pushes for progress and growth. As a team, we love to tackle fresh challenges, and work collaboratively to keep SAP at the forefront of industry developments. Although we maintain a global presence with team members across Asia, Europe and America, your main colleagues will be located primarily in Europe.
