YOUR FUTURE ROLE 
We are looking for a very experienced and committed colleague (f/m/d) to strengthen our SAP Customer Experience Sales & Service team in the Center of Expertise (CoE) Customer & Vendor Management, with a focus on the applications SAP Sales Cloud (Cloud for Customer, CPQ) and SAP Service Cloud (Cloud for Customer, Field Service Management).

 

In your new role, you can expect the following tasks, among others:

• Delivering remote and on-site services to both our global and mid-market customers in Europe. For this reason, very good written and spoken English skills are required. Good German language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory.

• Independent consulting and support for our customers in questions of architecture and product details, as well as technical issues, based on SAP Best Practices and our technical know-how.

• Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of complex business processes as well as error analysis in heterogeneous system landscapes with a focus on Sales or Service processes.

• Functional leadership of a delivery team in the context of service deliveries and escalations.

• Training and mentoring of young colleagues in the team.

The constantly changing customer situations require high degree of flexibility and individual approach to each new customer. However, this is also what makes our job so appealing. In non-COVID times regular travel to the extent of approx. 30-40% is required.

 

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in delivering services or projects in the area of SAP Sales or Service Cloud.

• Very good knowledge of either SAP Sales or Service Cloud applications (C4C, CPQ, FSM), regarding business processes, integration, and implementation/coding.

• High and continuous willingness to learn in the areas of SAP Service or Sales processes, including the integration of SAP Service and Sales Cloud with SAP S/4HANA.

• Very good knowledge of the programming languages ABAP, JavaScript or Python and in the area of SAP system analysis.

• Experience in creating and reviewing specifications and design documents.

• Very good analytical skills to solve complex problems.

• Confident and friendly appearance and overall communication power.

• Business fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in the area of Premium Engagement services (MaxAttention and ActiveAttention) is a plus.

 

ABOUT THE TEAM
The core task of the CoE is to support customers with Premium Engagement contracts (MaxAttention) through targeted service delivery. We support our customers in the planning and design phase, analyze and solve critical problems and provide reliable quality assurance of the results and the action plan created. Providing subject matter expertise in the context of escalations is an added value to our core responsibilities. You will work in a highly motivated and international team consisting of both young and experienced colleagues.

 

The position can be filled as part time position.
