Join SAP Support Center Central Eastern Europe (CEE) in the location Budapest and help bring communication, engagement and community to life for 800+ colleagues across the region.
As a Communication Intern, you will help shape how colleagues in Budapest and across Central Eastern Europe connect, communicate and feel part of something bigger. You will support internal communication and employee engagement activities across our Support Center CEE and contribute to the way we build connection, visibility and community across the region. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys content creation, storytelling, design and organizing engaging events and wants hands-on experience in a global company while still studying.
What you’ll do
Create content that people actually want to read
- Write and publish engaging internal posts, announcements and campaigns
- Keep content fresh and relevant across internal channels such as SharePoint, office screens and newsletters
- Turn ideas into clear, attractive and high-quality communication
Bring ideas to life visually
- Create presentations and simple visual materials using tools like Canva or Adobe
- Support video creation with storyboarding, basic editing and creative input
- Help make communication more visual, modern and engaging
Support events and employee engagement campaigns
- Help organize internal events, meetings and employee campaigns
- Support planning, promotion, coordination and follow-up communication
- Contribute ideas that make events more creative and memorable
Work closely with the leadership team
- Support the leadership team with administrative tasks
- Help keep communication activities organized and moving forward
What we’re looking for
- You are a university student in Communication, Marketing, Business, Digital Arts or a similar field
- You have confident written and spoken English; Hungarian is a strong advantage
- You feel comfortable engaging with different audiences, teams and seniority levels
- You have a creative mindset and a good eye for detail
- You can work independently and take ownership of your tasks
- You are comfortable using MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint
- You have basic design skills in Canva or Adobe
- You have basic video skills
- You are proactive, curious and willing to try new things

You will join the Support Center Central Eastern Europe (CEE) leadership team in Budapest. We connect teams across Budapest, Prague, Bratislava, Gliwice, Bucharest and Sofia, supporting SAP solutions, including Private and Public Cloud ERP, SuccessFactors HCM, Procurement and Concur.
