What you’ll do

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Support (Communications and Strategy)
Location: Budapest, Hungary 
Expected start date: June, 2024

Expected time schedule: at least 24 hours/week

 

You will support the Management Office and Support Engagement Team for SAP’s Customer Support in their daily work. This includes internal and external communications, business transformation and strategy implementation, as well as people strategy.

We are looking for a committed and passionate intern to support with the following:

  • Prepare communication content for internal and external programs, initiatives, campaigns and events – including presentations, videos, articles and graphics.
  • Manage event preparation and execution.
  • Provide support where required to the team executing strategic programs and projects as well as business operations.

 

What you bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Preferred fields of study: active, full-time student status in Communication, marketing, graphic design, psychology, languages, business administration
  • Computer skills:  Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing and editing skills; Hungarian is an added plus.
  • Be a team player with an eye for details, expert in organizing, and passionate about using communication tools and platforms.
  • Pro-active character and reliable in delivering results
  • Good self-organization skills since you will be treated as fully integrated team member with own responsibilities
  • Good communication skills to interact with diverse project teams and stakeholders
