About the team

This is an exciting opportunity for students to join our SAP Product Support team. From the SAP office located in Budapest or from your home, you will provide functional/ business related and technical support to our customers worldwide, perform root cause analysis and report errors to SAP Development organization.

Supporting global customers means we are a diverse workforce that are highly motivated and passionate about delivering top class customer experiences. This position is highly client-focused and fast-paced with no one day the same.

In this role you'll

Experience what a day in a life of an SAP iXp intern looks like:

  • You get know business processes and transactions in the areas of accounting and finance in the SAP System
  • Engaging with customers by utilizing real-time channels and tools to support them on this area
  • Analyzing cases, perform in-depth troubleshooting to identify and solve complex technical and business issues
  • Collaboration with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service
  • Ability to work at least 24 hrs/week – you get the flexibility to accommodate your work hours to your studies - partially remotely

 

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. 

  • Student about to graduate in Business Accounting/Management or Computer Engineering (other Technology or Scientific degrees will be also considered) (BA/BSc./MA/MSc)
  • Active student status
  • Spoken and written English language skills are required
  • Customer and quality focus
  • Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature
  • Open personality and good communication style
  • Fast learner with IT affinity
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
