Meet your team
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Communication Trainee in our beautiful office in Graphisoft Park, Budapest. As a Communication Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Support Center’s – mostly internal - communication efforts and contribute to our overall communication strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about communication, has an ability for writing, and has creative skills in visual content creation.
The support Center CEE covers our locations in Budapest, Prague, Bratislava, Gliwice, Belgrade and Sofia with 700+ colleagues supporting the different solutions of SAP, from Digital Core and Platform to People, Procurement and Concur. 


What you'll do

  • Assist in developing and implementing internal communication strategies
  • Write engaging and informative blogs, posts and other written content
  • Create presentations and other visual content
  • Support the coordination and organization of meetings and internal employee events
  • Prepare short reports and analyze data using Excel sheets (basic analytical tasks) 
  • Administrative support for the Support Center’s leadership team


What you bring

  • Active Bachelor's/Master's student - preferred major(s): business administration, economics, marketing, communication, media management
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in Hungarian
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
  • Strength in creative work
  • Brave for new tasks, ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines
  • Computer skills -  experience in using effectively MS Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and software (e.g., Adobe, Canva) is a plus
  • Video production, familiar with social media platforms, web design, and video editing skills are an advantage
