Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to maintain highly available and scalable production systems.
• Design, build, and sustain production systems that meet high availability and scalability standards.
• Oversee core production systems, managing frequent updates and changes.
• Swiftly identify and troubleshoot issues within production systems.
• Provide off-hours support as needed (including nights and weekends).
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of DevOps experience in a SaaS production environment.
• Proficiency in Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub).
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and metrics collection in high-scale production environments.
• Solid experience with Bash scripting.
• Programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch, Redis, or CouchDB.
• Knowledge of event streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Spark, Hadoop).
• Understanding of storage principles and data lake architecture.
• Readiness to work 3 times per week in the Budapest office
