Talent Discovery Recruitment Consultant (limited contract)

What you’ll do

As a Talent Discovery Partner, your role involves managing the end-to-end recruiting process, from obtaining requisition and aligning with hiring managers, to sourcing potential candidates in the external market, supporting assessment & selection, and handling offer negotiations.

 You will collaborate with business leaders to develop a comprehensive recruiting plan focusing on engaging with students that includes:

    • An understanding of the position requirements, as well as the broader team & needs of the hiring manager
    • Creation of a clear timeline to execute the recruitment search efficiently  
    • Analysis of the talent market, including the availability of potential candidates and strategic insights into competitors & market landscapes

You’ll also be entrusted with full accountability for the hiring process, ensuring that vacancies are filled in a timely manner while meeting quality and service expectations.

By partnering with the business, you will help define search strategies and plan sourcing activities.  Your responsibilities also include ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers through efficient communication and prompt feedback throughout the recruitment process.

 

What you bring

  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on student and entry-level hiring.
  • High-Volume Recruiting: Proven success in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, particularly for internships, apprenticeships, or early-career roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to engage both candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Team Player: Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset, with a focus on achieving results as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving needs and priorities.
