About the team

The Finance team is looking for a Network Collections Analyst Intern to assist the collectors with volume analysis and volume dispute processing for the Supplier Membership Program of the Ariba Network. Through a single connection, the Ariba Network provides organizations with the capabilities they need to ensure seamless transactions, strengthen existing buyer-supplier relationships, find new business opportunities, and generate bottom-line savings—allowing them to realize true e-Commerce success.  The Ariba Supplier Membership Program (SMP) is a very strategic aspect of the Ariba Network.

 

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Network Collections Analyst

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

 

In this role, you’ll:

  • The Network Collections Analyst Intern assists with the volume processes of the Ariba Supplier Membership Program, including:
  • Volume analysis for volume processing and reporting
  • Direct interaction with customers regarding disputes of their outstanding receivables
  • Effective problem solving
  • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables for volume analysis is a must
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Must be a University student graduating in 2022-23
  • Advanced written and spoken English skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel, Outlook and Word)
