What you’ll do

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Technical QA Engineer to contribute to the development and coordination of our test automation tools, test plans, and test schedules, as well as to deliver clear and timely reports on the quality status of SAP products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the functionality, performance, and reliability of our software solutions while helping to strengthen and advance our teams.

This position also involves analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions, debugging software issues, and leading incident remediation activities to support overall product quality and operational excellence.

Your main tasks are:

• Identify and drive opportunities to improve test automation, tooling, and quality management processes to ensure all delivered features meet product and customer requirements.
• Investigate customer‑reported issues escalated by the technical support team, reproduce and validate defects, and create and maintain comprehensive bug reports.
• Develop automated end-to-end test scenarios and contribute to the delivery of new features and services from inception to release.
• Lead and facilitate incident remediation and problem‑management activities to ensure prompt resolution and effective root‑cause analysis with necessary reports and team coordination.
• Analyze business requirements, conduct technical assessments, and implement features and enhancements both remotely and onsite within distributed regional and global teams as part of an Agile Release Train (ART).
• Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Utilize experience with Python, SQL, GitHub, and CI/CD practices to support the development and optimization of CPQ and related systems.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of CPQ solution design by evaluating market needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and elevating the overall service offering.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships across internal teams and with external customers at all organizational levels.

What you bring

• Degree in IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Experience / knowledge in Software Quality Management area and test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, and regression testing
• Experience / knowledge with multiple testing algorithms and automation frameworks.
• Good knowledge on Automation tools like Selenium, UFT etc.
• Experience / knowledge working in a Continuous Integration and Delivery environment; experience with the associated processes and tooling, test management systems, designing and running tests on web applications or backend systems, and analyzing bugs.

• Hands-on experience with Python and familiarity with UI frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular or similar).

• Experience / knowledge within an Agile, Scrum, and Continuous Integration development.
• Fluency both written and spoken in English,

NICE TO HAVE

• Professional experience building solutions for sales business process and corporate value chain including deal execution, order management, billing, invoicing and provisioning.
• Minimum 5 years international SAP consulting experience with experience in customizing and python coding in Callidus/CPQ.
• Experience in SAP pricing and deal approval workflows. 
• Experience with one or more common UI frameworks like FIORI/UI5

• Good understanding of essential business processes like Lead-2-Cash, Procure-2-Pay, Design-2-Operate are a plus.

• Experience with performance profiling and tuning.
• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP CRM / ERP and ABAP is a strong asset.
• Experience with SAFe agile execution models.
