What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Business Area Controller

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

Duration: 6 months up to 18 months

Start Date: May / June 2025

 

In this role,

 

This intern role is characterized by the following tasks:

  • Assist during the planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for various business and financial KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for SAP’s Services organization.
  • Assume responsibility for maintaining the master data of a dedicated part of the Services organization, incl. the creation of internal order, profit center, etc.
  • Importantly, drive the creation and development of management presentations for high-level executives inside and outside the Services organization and maintain the news page of the BAC Services team.
  • Support the creation of process documentation and publication on SAP internal platforms, such as newsletters or onboarding documents.
  • Project support across the various initiatives in BAC Services to ensure adequate quality through the consolidation of data, preparation and creation of analyses and subsequent reports and presentations
  • Proactive interaction and communication with team members, managers, and other internal customers in an international environment
  • Support the team on ad hoc reporting and analysis requests
  • Other operational activities.

 

Who you are:

  • Student (f/m/d) of Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or comparable
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational & analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and active listening abilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast pace entrepreneurial and evolving environment
  • Critical business judgment and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Quality- & result-oriented, proactive attitude

 

About the team:

 

The Business Area Services (BAC) Controlling team supports the Services business leaders in all controlling-related activities such as budget process, forecast, deviation and risk analysis. The BAC Services Cross team has a vacancy for an internship to experience how critical financial process of a Services organization inside an IT company are driven and to help advance the simplification, standardization, and automation of key controlling processes.
