What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Collections Analyst

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

 

In this role,

 

As an Intern you will:

 

  • Handle a portfolio of customers with open receivables.
  • Do analysis and resolution of issues due to lack of payment.
  • Manage customer´s inquiries (external and internal customers).
  • Interact with different departments of the organization.
  • Do negotiation of installment plans and debt resolution.
  • Have full accountability of self-portfolio.
  • Generate reconciliation reports in excel files for customers, with actions taken and next steps.
  • Promote continue improvement and support to projects.

 

We are looking for a student who can provide support to our Cash Collections team. The Collections Analyst Intern responsibilities include proactively contact clients to ensure timely payment.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

  • Must be a student in the field of Economics, Finance, Law and/or related studies
  • Preferably graduating end of 2025 onwards
  • Bilingual/Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • High problem-solving ability
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Customer focus and quality
  • High degree of communication and good management of the same (verbal and written)
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexible, highly motivated and accustomed to work remotely if needed
