The Digital Demand Management team is responsible for helping the Digital Hubs reach the right audience, at the right time, with the right message to turn prospects into customers who will benefit from high lifetime value from SAP.

 

As a Digital Demand Management Senior Specialist, you will work on a team that collaborates with all stakeholders to deliver data-driven demand generation within the Digital Hub.  By driving end-to-end demand chain, you will be helping grow Line of Business footprint in for Net New Names and Installed Base accounts across all Solution Areas, working with respective Partners &/or Account Executives.

 

The Digital Demand Management Senior Specialist effectively executes new opportunities for growth within a target market with high quality qualified pipeline detected by all sources of demand: Sales, Sales Development, Marketing & Partner.


This  role will have 3 key areas of responsibility :

 

Area 1: Identify and advocate new growth levers and value delivery opportunities.  Develop customized business development offerings. Implement data-driven end-to-end demand discovery, planning, execution and steering process in alignment with all stakeholders. Execute on new initiatives that drive growth and new sources of demand.   

 

Area 2: Responsible for the day-to-day execution of the approved growth plan, coordinating the transformation program work streams including: solution and strategic industry growth plans, field Services & ecosystem development plans, top accounts program, product localization, HR development among others. 

 

Area 3: Support the development of business cases for new investment decisions through due diligence evaluations and other research activities. Responsible for providing the applicable data to operations teams to be consolidated into the monthly or quarterly reporting repositories/ dashboards.

 

To execute these responsibilities, it will be important to :

 

  1. Understand our competitive advantage and establish the key reasons for customers and prospects to leverage cloud deployment models and other innovative technologies to achieve strategic business objectives
  2. Identify, foster and syndicate opportunities originating in a target market to the rest of SAP
  3. Execute on investment opportunities

Ensure that demand generation processes are in place and that business development best practices are followed

 

 

Experience and Language Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment
  • Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in high volume of customer facing experience, phone-centric work
  • High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM/ Contact Management System
  • Analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Strong work ethic: Team player, self-starter, high energy, and results oriented
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English 
  • Fluency in any other regional language preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science
