EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

1.​​​​​​​Developing a clear understanding of what an SAP Partner is and an awareness of the tools and resources available to SAP PartnerEdge Partners.
2.Understand the partners' inquiries, identify available solutions,  regarding the administration and ongoing implementation of partner programs.
3.Working closely with field recruiter and internal stakeholders on recruitment qualification process with a sense of urgency.  
4.Providing accurate and timely responses to all partner queries
5.Aligning with key stakeholders and building a strong relationship.
6.Collating and presenting information to SAP stakeholders on current processes in place, and proposals to improve processes, with the aim of improving the Partners’ overall experience with SAP.
7.Providing support to Partner Managers to assist them manage their ongoing relationship with partners
8.Flexibility around working hours may be required.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

1.Graduation in business administration/Operations/IT.
2.Fluent English – Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills. 
3.Previous working experience in a large corporation with, matrix organization and working with virtual teams
4.B2B or B2C experience a clear advantage
5.Demonstrable strong interpersonal and team-working abilities 
6.Time management proficient
7. Enthusiastic & pro-active, willing to take initiative and weave his/her way through complex organization structures
8.Project management and good PowerPoint skill an advantage
