As a SAP CX Solution Advisor and considering our focus as a Cloud company, a specialist is responsible for product presentations and demonstrations before and after the sale. This includes the stages of demand generation, maturation of existing opportunities and support in the adoption and expansion of what is sold to our clients.

Also within your responsibilities is to offer help to develop business and maintain links with the global and local SAP structure, supporting the construction of CX product materials (presentations, scripts, architectures) that drive knowledge in the sales force.

Now, as a Senior CX Solution Advisor Specialist you must understand our main competitive advantages for our clients and, at a general level, the broad SAP CX portfolio, in addition to its integration with the commercial and business processes of SAP BackOffice.

Additionally, you are required to have a deep knowledge of at least a couple of SAP CX solutions, their features, evolution, integration and functionalities, along with the ability to build business architectures that include solutions from other SAP portfolios. The objective of this is to focus on expanding the presence in the SAP installed base and also on obtaining new clients in the different industries in which SAP intervenes (for example and not limited to Utilities, Retail, CPG, Wholesales, Telco)

Your Responsibilities

  • Expert-level knowledge at least in SAP Sales & Service and knowledge of SAP CX products (SAP Commerce Cloud, BTP, AI, Emarsys, CDP, CIAM).
  • Identify areas where automation, or a streamlined approach, can be applied to reduce overall effort, eliminate risk, and increase delivered value.
  • Roll-out of new field training; may contribute to e-learning content
  • Act as trusted advisor for internal and external customers
  • Coach internal customers on our products and solutions and how to position them with our clients.
  • Maintain awareness of implementation issues and factor this knowledge into all activities and materials.

 

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science related field or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience in SAP C4C or SAP Sales&Service or other CRM in the market.
  • Broad experience of pre-sales and supporting large, complex multi solution architecture
  • Leverages industry and organizational standards, patterns and best practices to develop architectures that fulfil business strategies
  • Advanced know how on various integration patterns and technologies used by SAP CX (SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Point-to-Point)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to streamline and lead delivery within different internal teams
  • Ability to build consensus without authority
  • Experienced in SAP CX Products maintenance
