The Readiness@Scale team accelerates product innovation success through a personalized frictionless experience via scalable and engaging release readiness tools.
Within the Essential Adoption Services & Adoption team and as an established institution in the customer lifecycle, Readiness@Scale Advisors are product innovation experts who:
- Work with customer-facing collaborators to ensure their customers are empowered to be prepared and ready to consume new functionality
- Create a positive & consistent customer experience with innovation and change
- Expand opportunities for intelligent communication between customers, externally-facing teams, and product development
To ensure stakeholders (internal users, partners, customers) are
- Informed and educated about upcoming product lifecycle changes
- Knowledgeable about tools and resources available
- Prepared to consume innovation via their own proactive programs and processes
Team members focus on
- Repeatable and scalable processes based on feedback and data
- Internal relationship building and collaboration
- Content collection, cataloging, curation, alignment, improvement, and communication

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Resource and Experience Curation
- Maintenance of Readiness Team Resources (Release Navigators, Release Ready Kits)
- Facilitation of Team Communication Channels and Promotional Material
- Release functionality review and support
Enabling Preparedness Internally
- “Readiness as a Skill” Training and Advisory
- Alignment of Readiness Process and Tools across products
- Driving Release Adoption Externally via tools and internal collaborators
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Functional knowledge and experience with SAP solutions. Knowledge of S/4 would be a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, internally and externally, with appropriate discretion where required.
- Strong presentation skills both in creating and delivering presentations for varying audiences.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a results-focused customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to deliver results, work independently, and take ownership to drive topics forward.
- Experience in SAP Build, SAP EnableNow, or similar development tool is nice to have
