What you’ll do

 

Position Title: SAP Mexico Early Career Talent – Customer Renewal Center

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Expected start date: June 2024

Contract Duration: 2 Years

 

We are looking for a motivated, energized and curious for learning individual. If you are a pro-active and a multi-task person, CRC is waiting for you.

 

You will be continuously equipped for success as a subject matter expert in commercial and revenue management principles that are key to SAP’s growth. We promote a culture of open dialogue and continuous improvement; in this role we encourage you to voice your feedback to drive improvements within the business.

 

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

CRC Young Professional the has overall responsibility for the daily management of several operational tasks, including data analysis, reports, system update, data cleaning, clean up data inconsistencies and ensure accurate values and contract dates and maintain through their life cycle, low touch renewal opportunity scrubbing tasks and support to CREs in the Region.

  • Educational requirements: Recent Graduate (Less than 2 Years from Graduation Date)

  • Language Requirements: English (B2 & Above), Spanish (Fluent), Portuguese (Bonus, but not required)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

  • Organized & Ability to Multi-task

  • Hybrid Work Model with Respect to Mexico City Office (3x/Week)
