What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP Mexico Intern – Training and Adoption Cloud Services

Location: Mexico City, Mexico  

Expected start date: May 2024

Duration: 18 Months  

 

Working in the Training and Adoption Cloudified Services Post Sales role, the intern will work closely to the Training and Adoption sales and Learning delivery teams and help customers and partners to consume and adopt SAP Learning Hub and Enable Now.

 

Expectations & Tasks:

 

  • Perform Customer onboarding and support on Training and Adoption Cloud products.

  • Help with user activation and access.

  • Help customers and partners to generate and customize usage reports.

  • Teach customers and partners on how to develop their learning journeys.

  • Respond to enquiries about license consumption.

  • Respond to enquiries about invoicing and booking.

  • Help customer to purchase SAP Learning Hub through SAP Store.

  • It is also part of the Intern duties to run reports and KPIs that allow to monitor the results of the programs.

  • Perform follow up activities with customers coordinated with the sales team.

  • Translate training content from English and Spanish to Portuguese.

  • Coordinate Customer facing and virtual events and ensure high quality standards.

  • Understand SAP Training and Adoption course and course participants databases and reporting systems.

  • Understand reporting tools available.

  • Perform data analysis.

  • Work with the Global and Regional Training and Adoption team to support campaign execution.

  • Manage the Marketing assets translation process.

  • Interact with the regional team within the Demand Generation.

 

What you bring:

 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Currently studying Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or Information Technology

  • Expert of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, access) is required

  • Enthusiasm to learn the SAP Training and Adoption portfolio, industry characteristics, business models, etc.

  • Problem solver profile

  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

  • Portuguese is a big plus (but not required)

  • Basic concepts of Finance

  • Experience extracting and administrating large databases is a plus.

  • Teamwork

  • Very Good oral and written communication skills

  • Self-driven and result focus - Ability to work with low direct supervision.
