Location: CDMX / Monterrey, México

Customer Business Support (CBS) is part of Global GTM Operations which reports into Corporate Portfolio and Strategy to Exec area.

 

Mission: Reduce the effects of internal complexity so that Services Sales and Delivery can focus on Customers Success.

Goal: Increase Services Sales Productivity and Delivery Operations Accuracy

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

SAP is looking for a resource to join the Customer Business Support (CBS) team, as Sales Operations Business Partner – Young Professional to support and advice SAP Services Sales across Americas region.

 

As CBS team member you will have responsibilities to process and/or develop consulting related to services sales opportunities in existing SAP clients using SAP tools and processes by following Global, regional and local guidelines.

 

Contribute to revenue growth and profitability by processing profitable services sales deals in existing customers and achieve business targets.

 

Responsible for end-to-end deal process execution related to customer services opportunities.

 

Key Tasks:

 

Collaborates closely with sales management services to provide valuable performance insights and recommend related actions to achieve revenue generating business priorities. Leverages, adopts, and implements standard processes and systems to keep operations lean and insights consistent throughout the engagement. May be focused on a particular solution or corporate topic or on a region or country.



 

Core tasks include:

  • Analyzing business performance and priorities to help accelerate revenue generating business decisions through insight.

 

  • Follow defined processes and coach sales leaders to leverage the same to reach company-wide compliance.

 

  • Trusted Business Relationships: Develop your team to transform into and serve as trusted partners to the business who can consult and manage change to drive the right behaviors into the field. Lead by example and bridge conflict by establishing the same level of partnership with senior leaders in your geography or business area. Leverage the relation to foster simplification, structure, and profitability.

 

  • Understand your business: in terms of field requirements, Go-to-Market and operational processes to enable the successful alignment between them for efficient alignment of execution activities and capacity. Proactively enable the Go-to-Market strategy to execution.

 

  • Embrace and foster a one team mentality: Breaking down silos and proactively identifying joint solutions between different teams within operations. Demonstrate pride for operational excellence and respect for efforts under way, to create a positive and open-minded path forward for sales support and operational execution.

 

  • Team Management: Adhere to and execute management tasks in line with SAP's leadership principles and HR guidelines. Recruit, develop, and retain talent. Build, motivate, and inspire the team. Set clear objectives and coach for collaborative success.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Must be a recent graduate of an accredited university in Business Administration with an emphasis on Project Management, Finance, Business & Engineering, Information Systems (Technology), Computer Science, Analytics or relevant degree
  • 0 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in a corporate environment through internships or recent work experience.
  • Prefer prior educational or work experience involving project coordination and working with others collaboratively.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Fluent English
  • Must be able to work as a team player, while having the ability to work independently.
  • Must be analytical and detail oriented.
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening
