Position title: SAP Mexico Next Gen – Customer Business Support – Sales Operations Business Partner

Location: CDMX, México

Customer Business Support (CBS) is part of Global GTM Operations which reports into Corporate Portfolio and Strategy to Exec area.

Mission: Reduce the effects of internal services deals complexity so that Services Sales and Delivery can focus on Customers Success.
Goal: Increase Services Sales Productivity and Delivery Operations Accuracy

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

  • SAP is looking for a resource to join the Customer Business Support (CBS) team, as Sales Operations Business Partner – Young Professional to support and advice SAP Services Sales across Americas region.
  • As CBS team member you will have responsibilities to process and/or develop consulting related to services sales opportunities in existing SAP clients using SAP tools and processes by following Global, regional and local guidelines.
  • Contribute to revenue growth and profitability by processing profitable services sales deals in existing customers and achieve business targets.
  • Responsible for end-to-end deal process execution related to customer services opportunities.

 

Key Tasks:

 

Collaborate closely with services sales to provide valuable performance insights and recommend related actions to achieve revenue generating business priorities. Leverages, adopts, and implements standard processes and systems to keep operations lean and insights consistent throughout the engagement. May be focused on a particular solution or corporate topic or on a region or country.



Core tasks include:

  • Works with a cross functional team processing relevant functions from portfolio and supporting sales, presales, delivery operations, Legal, regional controlling, GFSS, and sales operations.
  • Key touchpoint with internal finance groups: Controllers, Project Controllers, Sales Operations, Commercial Business Partners, Education to ensure compliance, data clarity, contract and revenue safeguarding.
  • Works with the Services Account Executive (SAE) within the customer account, support the overall relationship between the customer, the partners and SAP to ensure all opportunities are maximized and sales bids are successful.
  • Seek continuous improvement to simplify process.
  • Process customer service requests for selling services small deals and completing the required paperwork.
  • Comply with operational procedures e.g. for sales, delivery, financial and legal requirements.
  • Become fluent to expert with SAP Services Sales tools and processes related to Opportunities, Pricing, Quotations and Order Forms.
  • Advice and Assist with Services Order Forms compliance, approval processing and with all Finance and Legal requirements.
  • Validation and advice to Sales teams on Quote details.

  • Must be a recent graduate of an accredited university in Business Administration with an emphasis on Project Management, Finance, Business & Engineering, Information Systems (Technology), Computer Science, Analytics or relevant degree or within six months of graduation.
  • 0 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in a corporate environment through internships or recent work experience.
  • Prefer prior educational or work experience involving project coordination and working with others collaboratively.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Fluent English
  • Languages: fluent in English. French is a plus
  • Ability to work with Office software like MS-Office tools
  • Ability in working with a virtual team and comfortable working across different cultures
  • Ability to “Think out of the box” and work in a frequently changing workplace
  • “Customer service” oriented and comfortable working in complex situations
  • Enjoys detail-oriented tasks
  • Self-starter that enjoys working remotely
  • The mindset to keep active & makes things happen.
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening
