The SAP Digital Business Services Centre of Expertise (CoE) is responsible for helping SAP’s Premium Engagement and Enterprise Support customers make the most of their investment in SAP software.

Our DBS Centre of Expertise team is looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant for service deliveries and customer engagement management.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS


You will be part of a highly motivated and skilled expert team responsible for delivering successful outcomes in customer projects and production operational areas.

CoE Senior Business Process Consultants perform highly specialized remote and onsite services for SAP customers glaobally. Our goal is to enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions at their maximum potential and to manage their technical risks during solution implementation and operation.

  • Provide first class remote and on-site services to our customers, including:
    • PE customer engagement management (TQM)
    • Solving technical problems
    • Optimization of solution operation
    • Improvement of system performance, availability and stability
    • Support in critical customer situations (going live, upgrade, etc.)
  • Customer project evaluation and risk mitigation of implementation projects
  • Back office support for onsite service delivery
  • Increasing overall customer satisfaction
  • Act on escalated customers to bring their businesses to normal operations
  • Reduce customer's TCO by Enterprise Support, ActiveEmbedded and MaxAttention Services.

The main customer group of our team is in Japan market unit.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

We are looking for someone with combined skillset of at least one of the below areas, the more boxes can be ticked the better.

  • Technical skills

- SAP Basis skills

- System monitoring

- SAP System performance tuning

 

  • Database skills

- HANA technology

- SQL statement tuning

 

  • Development skills

- ABAP coding

- Java programming

- Fiori App deveoplment (Odata)

  • Functional skills

- Ariba functional skills

- SAP Analytics skills

- Functional skills of any SAP product/ component areas

 

FURTHER EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

      Very Important:

  • Good Japanese language skills in business communication, and mindset of Japan customer support;
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in English;
  • Good skills of customer handling and management;
  • Work under pressure, critical situations, parallel tasks and extremely tight deadlines;

Important:

  • Experience with service, support, development, root cause analysis and problem solving, especially for Japan customers;
  • 5+ years of functional or technology experience in SAP environment
  • Ability to effectively resolve/drive resolution of most complex problems that require creation of new and innovative approaches.
  • Ability to work independently in complex customer situations.
  • Accept travel time around 10%
