We are looking for an enthusiastic Service allrounder who is eager to deliver consistent and high-quality results to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) department. You will contribute to SAP's strategy by supporting our customers with their business transformation on their path to the digital Enterprise.
As a Client Delivery Manager (Associate) you’ll be part of a collaborative team where you’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to our clients’ success. Together you will ensuring your customers receive first-class services and support throughout their cloud journey. This role involves direct interaction with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. It’s your fantastic entry point for a fulfilling career in client delivery management.
This role will give you the gratification of resolving complex problems and offering meaningful business value.
• Understand the customer's business, goals, and challenges to propose fitting solutions and services
• Identify and recommend SAP Enterprise Cloud Services that bring tangible benefits to the customer.
• Recognize issues and assist in developing and implementing action plans across the customer’s operations.

• a IT background or relevant experience, complemented by a fundamental understanding of SAP systems.

You will have a plus, if you can also show records of:
• German language skills
• IT background
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Previous experience in a service-oriented role
• First professional experiences in a international setting
