THE ROLE 

 

Working student focused on the preparation of a monthly and quarterly management report.  
This includes the data collection process from different sources, like SAP BW or from colleagues via prepared questionnaires.  
Another task is the documentation, combination and transformation of data in MS Excel and Power Query. At the end of the process, the student will publish the data via a standardized MS PowerPoint presentation. 

 

In this role you will be enabled to take responsibility for the entire reporting cycle. 

 

The preferred working time is 8hrs per week, but can be adjusted depending on exam weeks, semester holidays, etc. 
 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS 

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences 
  • Preferred fields of study: computer science, economics 
  • Analytical skills and the ability to grasp and work with complex concepts 
  • Fluent in English, German as a plus 
  • Team player, can-do attitude, self-motivated and able to drive topics in a structured and independent way 
  • Affinity to work with data, MS Excel skills needed, Power Query as a plus. 
  • During onboarding phase attendance in the office needed, later home office can be granted in exceptional cases. 

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
