What you'll do

 

SAP is the industry leader in value-selling and prides itself on its industry expertise, proven methodology, unique benchmarking tools and extraordinary talent.

 

We are seeking to expand the newly-launched Value Management Center in EMEA-S with a Value Analyst full-time intern focusing on Human Resources.

In this role, you will be a full member of the Human Experience Management Value Advisory (HXM VA) team and a part-time member of the VMC team, working with expert professionals and customers across the region.

 

We are looking for curious, motivated people with good understanding of the human resources function and HR KPIs, strong business analysis, project management and teamwork skills to have an impact on our customer’s digital transformation projects.

 

Your assignments will include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Conducting research on HR generally or HR with specific industry flavor and customer-related matters
  • Creating content on HXM specific topics
  • Preparing value propositions, business cases and other customer presentations
  • conducting benchmarking surveys and collecting data for creating business cases
  • Performing financial modeling, i.e. Cash Flow Modelling
  • Possible strategic projects include: supporting the Customer Value Story program or helping to roll-out innovative offerings related to sustainability

 

What you bring

 

You are a university graduate:

 

  • Preferred fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or similar   
  • Good understanding
  • Strong analytical capabilities (analysis of corporate reports, presentations, websites)
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional regional language skills including Arabic, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Portuguese, French
  • Besides that, you are highly self-motivated, results-oriented and get into new topics quickly  
  • Curiosity and high learning agility
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge or experience of SAP or similar products is a plus

 

Meet your team

 

You will be working with two teams: HXM VA and VMC teams.

 

  1. SAP HXM Value Advisors at EMEA South provide expert consultation on HR value selling and implementation process which includes the development of business cases with quantified monetary benefits that help create a value-based strategy for technology sale and deployment. They also develop and standardize content and thought leadership around critical components of the SAP HXM portfolio.

 

  1. The Value Management Center (VMC) complements the established Value Advisory engagement model, contributing to higher efficiency and effectiveness of the regional practice in EMEA South (EMEA-S) with focus on mid-market accounts.

 

Both teams apply benchmarks and tools to deliver comprehensive value propositions and business content with clear ROI/TCO and reflect industry and business priorities for industry/HR specific solutions.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
