Due to continuing growth within the Center of Expertise (CoE) we are currently hiring for a number of open positions across a number of our teams.

We hold various start dates throughout the year, usually one per quarter.

 

What you’ll do

Work directly with our customers as we release generative AI-powered capabilities and features natively into our cloud business software, including Joule, our generative AI copilot that transforms how people interact with their processes and data. The Associate Business Process Consultant of the Center of Expertise (CoE) contributes with technical and functional expertise to deliver a portfolio of services that drive value through a combination of best practices, tools, knowledge, and experience to drive time to value and accelerate our customers’ transition to the cloud. Our CoE Early Talent Program is seeking Associate Business Process Consultants to deliver onsite and remote customer service via project engineering, assessment, and safeguarding services from SAP's best practice solutions.

Complete an intensive 2-month SAP training with certifications, instructor-led classroom and practical training followed by 3 months of Product/technology-specific training to prepare you to support our customers with their SAP projects, implementations, and landscape planning. This training is provided as part of the full-time, permanent role.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Become a trusted Associate Business Process Consultant in some of SAP's world-renowned products, including S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud, and a range of Application-based products.
  • Provide Global Mission Critical support for issue resolution in your specific area of expertise.
  • Collaborate closely, working with Development, Sales and Operational organisations within SAP to endure End-to-End analysis of a customer business solution to execute the best engagement plan to safeguard their solution as an engineer, project manager or Technology advisor.

What you bring

  • Honors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Science or Engineering or similar
  • Strong skills in industry-known programming languages
  • Experience in software engineering, whether as:
    • An Intern or working student.
    • A technical consultant or technical project manager
    • Developer experienced in enterprise applications.
  • Proven attention to detail, with a focus on quality assurance
  • Solution-orientated with awareness of both technical as well as business concerns
  • Team player who wants to work in a technically broad environment.
  • Customer facing experience
  • Business fluent in English (written and verbal)
     

The role requires flexibility to travel to Europe and other locations. Therefore, you must have full work rights to work and travel throughout the EU.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role.
