You will be an integral part of the Culture & Workforce Development organization, a global team responsible for delivering impactful talent programs, learning and development for all 100k+ employees at SAP. WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for a senior expert in people/talent development, with proven experience in performance management to play a critical role in the refresh of our performance management approach at SAP.  In this key position, you will work closely with the Global Head of Talent Management to implement a refreshed performance management process and drive the implementation on a global scale together with a team of experts.  As a thought leader in performance management, you will engage with C-Level executives to provide strategic insights and subject matter expertise.

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing, building, and overseeing the roll-out of HR Performance Management processes in a multinational environment in a large matrixed company environment. E2E Performance Management expertise: Strategy – Execution (not just execution/roll-out).
  • Proven expertise in people and talent development in large scale companies with demonstrated success in designing and executing talent development strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of HR industry best practices and emerging market trends with the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in validating HR concepts with legal teams, and experience with works councils is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in handling complex HR performance related topics and developing innovative solutions.
  • Track record of successfully managing cross-functional, complex projects within a multinational environment
  • Advanced communication skills, particularly in engaging with C-level executives and crafting senior level communications.

 

EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree or MBA or equivalent graduate level degree highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5+ years professional experience as a performance management expert with multinational companies or top-tier consulting firms
  • Minimum of 5+ years' professional experience in leading strategic transformation programs with senior stakeholders, from strategy to execution
  • Experience with Social Partners is an advantage
  • Fluency in English is essential
