What you’ll do:
The RISE Incubation Team ensures adherence to global policies and offers support to Sales Teams and Commercial Business Partners in navigating the RISE deal processing cycle
- Review and approve quotes for RISE & GROW with SAP deals and Business Data Cloud; serve as a point of contact (POC) for specific markets in the region (allocated via workflow distribution).
- Guide Quote owners on policies to accelerate the transactional process (including quote configuration and region-specific requirements).
- Liaise with key stakeholders (Cloud Architects and Commercial Business Partners) to ensure correct deal setup and resolve transactional processing issues.
- Improve productivity and efficiency, reducing revenue at risk and minimizing bottlenecks during peak times.
- Troubleshoot quote issues within the productive system.
- Connect upstream processes for accurate deal handling.
- Analyze and provide constructive solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficacy.
- Monitor the deal pipeline to identify strategic customers/deals each quarter.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Pricing, RISE COO, Commercial CoE, Contracting, etc.) to ensure deal compliance.
- Ensure Quarter End Close (QEC) safeguarding, employing a “Follow the Sun” model during critical business periods.
What you'll bring:
- 1-2 years of professional working experience required.
- Customer-facing experience and familiarity with internal stakeholders, particularly in deal support/transactional support, is greatly beneficial.
- Previous experience in Finance, Operations/Commercial, or Sales Operations is advantageous.
- University or College degree or comparable experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Fluency in English is required; other languages are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in virtual and international teams across multiple regions.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good experience working in an agile environment and under tight schedules.
- Focused and project-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
