What you'll do

The following is an outline of the main tasks & responsibilities involved in this role as a subject matter expert of SAP Integration Technologies namely SAP Process Orchestration and SAP Integration Suite. 

• Responsible to deliver SAP Max Attention Services/Projects independently
• Drive new initiatives and activities as part of the Center of Expertise team
• Develop & execute service and de-escalation plans for critical customers
• Identifies top issues of engagements at critical customers and bridge the gaps
• Support our customers in their transformation journey with our service portfolio 

To meet ambitious requirements, you should be a quick learner with strong analytical skills. Also, you should be creative, open minded & possess the ability to communicate & convince others of the correct action plan based on technical facts & details. Candidates will need to be able to communicate and articulate at an executive management level for technical action plans.

What you bring

• Minimum 3+ years of Integration Scenario/Interface development experience in either SAP Integration Suite or SAP Process Integration (PI)/Orchestration (PO) is MUST.
• Working knowledge in both SAP Integration Suite & SAP PO will be plus.
• Ability to debug the configuration issues as well as expert in optimizing the runtime performance by identifying the bottlenecks and design issues
• The candidate must have at least 2 full cycle implementation project experience in the either of the SAP Integration technologies mentioned & end to end integration involving at least two of the SAP SaaS Applications such as SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass, C4C, Commerce etc

The successful candidate will join the highly talented technology team of Integration Consultants and Architects in the SAP Center of Expertise. The goal and mission of the SAP Center of Expertise Integration Team is to guide the SAP customers about the best practices, Integration Strategy and enable them to make the right decisions about integration landscape in their transition journey. The team delivers valuable Max Attention services to advise the customers to ensure optimal performance, availability & smooth operation of their SAP Integration Suite & Process Integration / Process Orchestration products.
