What you'll do


Have the opportunity to work closely with SAP's Fortune 500 customers. Deliver both onsite and remote services from the Premium Engagement portfolio, advising customers on SAP's Best Practises to achieve Customer Success. Work on analysing and optimising core business processes for your respective functional area. Deliver functional or technical root cause analysis and provide solutions. Act as believed advisor to customers and guide them through their implementation projects. Deliver services for MaxAttention, Active Embedded and Mission Critical Support (escalations & task forces, MCS Backoffice) including Design Evaluation, Gap Validation, Performance Optimization, Assessment, Technical Integration/Validation, Empowering trainings/workshops and Engineering Services. Assume the role of De-Escalation Architect for mission critical or business down scenarios.

 

What you bring 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline.

  • Strong business acumen, customer facing experience, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

  • 3+ years’ experience in implementing one of the SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions and/or SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) solutions.

  • Technical and functional know-how on at least one of the following: SAP EPPM, SAP Project System, Portfolio & Project Management, Enterprise Project Connection, SAP Environmental Health & Safety (EHS).

  • Knowledge of SAP EPPM/PLM Application Portfolio Suite business processes and best practices.

  • Expertise in latest release of components of the EPPM Application Portfolio is a plus.

  • Experience with SAP Document Management System (SAP DMS) and SAP PLM Recipe Development.

  • Experience with Discrete Manufacturing & PLM business processes and various related industry experience is advantage.

  • Experience with SAP Implementation Methodologies (ASAP, Activate, Sprints, etc.) is a plus.

  • Quality Management (QM) experience is a plus.

  • Production Planning (PP) experience is a plus.

  • PLM Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience is a plus.

  • Plant Maintenance (PM) experience is a plus.

  • ABAP development and debugging skills are a plus.
