What you'll do: 
 
We are looking for a passionate and communicative security expert who enjoy working in a team. In this role, you will experience a variety of tasks combined with a broad spectrum of expertise. As a security expert in our team, you can combine very different activities:
•    You design and develop intelligent tools and machines for our customer services using the latest technologies
•    You support customers in their complex technical challenges with detailed data and factual analysis
•    You can use your expertise to help global colleagues answer questions about our services, tools and data analytics

What you Bring: 

Customer facing skills: 
•    Ability to capture customer requirements and translate them into software specifications
•    Ability to present complex information in a clear and precise manner, with non-technical audience
•    Excellent Presentation skills – ability to create professional presentations, handle proper setup of location, use technical/ visual aid, have adequate body language and vocabulary, proactively engage with the customer and handle questions

Service Development Skills: 
•    Experience with SAP solutions like S/4 HANA, HANA or Analytics, other databases 
•    Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tooling like SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Run, or SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Manager
•    Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Security Monitoring and Analytics
•    Programming: SQL, ABAP, JAVA or other languages

Personal Skills: 
•    Fluent in English is mandatory and in German is desirable
•    Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent 
(Mathematics, Natural Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics)
•    Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
•    Integrity, excellent team player, self-motivated, passionate and drive for long-term commitment
•    Ability to work well in a multicultural and multinational environment

About the Team: 
Data science, automation in line with the latest technologies such as cloud solutions, is the focus of our team. Our intelligent tools use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and state-of-the-art data analytics to create standards for predictive and results-oriented services. We already use the fully automated tools for more than 100,000 customer systems and answer questions like: what is the most critical issue that has occurred last week?
