Within this role you will:

 

  • Work with a highly experienced team of technical experts within SAP Center of Expertise
  • Collaborate with teams in other regions across the globe
  • Provide onsite and remote customer service delivery via project engineering, assesment and safeguarding services from SAP's best practice solutions.
  • Be accountable for critical projects and deliver CoE services / projects
  • Assume the role of onsite De-Escalation Architect for mission critical services
  • Drive new initiatives and activities as part of the CoE
  • Multiply expertise in the team with knowledge sharing.
  • Adapt standard service products to customer’s individual needs
  • Develop and execute service and de-escalation plans for critical customers
  • Identify top issues of engagements at critical customers and bridge the gaps
  • Be required to support our customers in their transformation and specifically embrace the New Max Attention support model.
  • Provide clear recommendations and guidance to promote customer value realization
  • Support customers of all sizes across EU, LA, and US regions
  • Work with core products/technologies including: SAP UX (including SAP Fiori and SAP Screen Personas), SAPUI5, OData, Fiori Elements, Hybrid/Native Mobile Applications

 

Experience:

  • Honours Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering related field.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong business acumen and presentation skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively within Team and Customer-facing environments    
  • Technical Inquisitive nature with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Technical competency and understanding of running IT and business operations
  • Ability to lead by example with technical competency to provide coaching and mentoring
  • Hands on experience with Java, JavaScript/UI5, CSS, Node.js, Angular, React, Swift or Kotlin is desirable but not mandatory
