The Customer Engagement Executive Concur is responsible for the on-going success and partnership of named customers within the assigned client base. This position will have responsibility for named accounts and to achieve (sales) renewals objectives, add on / migration opportunity development, on-going retention and reference ability / satisfaction. Key to success in this position is the development and maintenance of strong relationships, both within SAP Concur and with the clients.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Achieving (sales) renewals objectives 
  • Achieve client satisfaction objectives 
  • Achieve client retention objectives
  • Managing large enterprise customers
  • Identify and execute business strategies that contribute to the success of the key metrics of the position – opportunities for expansion, migration, retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for developing problem resolution that optimizes company profitability while maintaining client retention.
  • Developing and conducting business reviews with clients
  • Work to cultivate and expand existing business relationships through frequent communication and client visits. 
  • Work with clients at various stages of maturity, developing net new client relationships as well as expanding relationships in existing accounts to new groups and countries.
  • Ability to successfully leverage ideas across clients and industries to cross-pollinate best practices and creative thinking across your various clients and segment.
  • Partner with Client Sales Executives to establish strong relationships with executives and senior contacts that will be involved in major account activities.
  • Work with Marketing, Solutions Consulting, Client Support, Client Services, Product Management, Field Services, Legal and Finance to maximize revenue and maintain the highest levels customer satisfaction.
  • Complete and execute account plans, prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Identify and execute business strategy for assigned eneterpriseclient segment. Work cross-functionally to execute on individual client strategies. Identify opportunities for adding greater value.
  • Identify and prioritize client issues/concerns; coordinate with appropriate internal departments to provide response and/or solutions. 
  • Participate on cross-functional teams to discuss accounts and look for trends or commonalities. Ensure the best interests of both clients and Concur are being fairly and objectively represented.
 

 

Education, Experience & Training required:


  • BA/BS degree required
  • 3+ years experience - managing client relationships 
  • 1+ years sales experience with revenue target and responsibility is a plus
  • Strong network within SAP strongly prefered
  • Motivated to advance growth in entrepreneurial, rapidly growing tech company
  • Organized and analytical decision making capabilities
  • Finance or Travel industry experience a plus
  • Project management experience a plus.
  • Travel Software industry experience preferred.
  • German (C1) and English language skills mandatory

 

This position can be filled as part-time.
