SAP’s HXM Sales MEE organization oversees all of SAP’s Success Factors business for Middle & Eastern Europe. In order to strengthen our sales force, we are looking for a motivated intern to support our specialized sales representatives in their daily client interactions and especially in the area of demand generation.

We are looking for a motivated intern (f/m/d) who wants to support our specialized sales teams by reaching out at their customers and prospects and explaining how our offerings can support their digital HR transformation journey, actively driving our customer engagements and securing customers appointments to present our offerings. 

Are you also looking forward to working creatively and being part of a highly professional enterprise software sales team? Then you will love supporting us in setting up and execution our outbound and inbound sales campaigns. 

This will allow you to develop a broad knowledge of sales procedures and how to put a customer in front and center of everything you do. You will be encouraged to take up responsibility and solve tasks independently, to generate new ideas and implement them.  

Your tasks will include:
•  The orchestration of different demand generation activities;
•  Inbound and outbound mailings and calls by connecting with prospects and customers via LinkedIn, email and phone;
•  Proactive creation of materials for internal and external communications such as Social Selling motions;
•  Coming up with innovative ideas on how to best bring our products to our customers;
•  Support our sales teams with the preparation and execution of customer meetings;
•  Opportunity to get familiar with innovative technologies, HR processes and sales tactics;
•  Diving into the latest topics that the organizations are currently dealing with, such as employee experience and agility; 


Currently a student of a university or university of applied sciences (FH) with a focus on social media and communication, business administration, business informatics, psychology, media design, or related subjects.
•    Languages: Being fluent in both German and English is a must.
•    First experiences with SAP internal systems is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:
•    Analytical skills and the ability to grasp and work with complex concepts 
•    Preparation of conceptual presentations
•    Experience with MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint
•    Good communication and networking skills as well as ability to work in a team
•    Willingness to learn and collaborate
•    Creativity, motivation as well as ability to work in a structured and independent manner

•    Responsibility and ability to drive topics open-mindedly and focused on the end-result   
•    Basic Knowledge of software sales and CRM based processes is a plus
•    Willingness to give presentations in front of costumers is a plus
