What you’ll build

• Lead Cross-Functional Strategic Engagements: Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects and programs, ensuring alignment with SAP Sovereign Cloud’s long-term vision and strategic objectives. This involves everything from problem diagnosis and strategy formulation to implementation support and value capture.
• Solution Development: Focus on developing and deploying solutions that are tied to specific, measurable business goals (e.g., revenue growth targets, operational efficiency improvements, market share gains), ensuring that every recommendation translates into tangible impact.
• Stakeholder Alignment and Change Leadership: Act as a primary point of contact for senior leadership, building trusted advisor relationships and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders. Address resistance, and ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and practices.
• Thought Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior consultants, contribute to the SAP Sovereign Cloud’s strategy development, and actively participate in business development and proposal writing.

What you bring 

• Exceptional Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking: The ability to deconstruct highly complex, ambiguous C-suite level problems into structured analyses and develop long-term strategic visions.
• Strong Commercial Acumen & Business Development: The skill to identify new revenue streams, shape engagement proposals, and successfully sell consulting work to existing and prospective clients.
• Superior Executive Presence & Client Influence: The ability to build immediate credibility and deep trust with executives, manage complex stakeholder dynamics, and persuade senior leaders to adopt recommendations.
• Complex Program Management & People Leadership: Expertise in leading multiple large-scale transformation programs concurrently, managing diverse teams, mentoring talent, and ensuring project delivery excellence.
• At least 7 years of experience in strategic (management) consulting and project management
