What you'll do


  • Analyse the cultural differences in our HXM MEE customer base to target and optimize the service portfolio:
  • define the scope of the service portfolio to be analysed (HXM focus)
  • identify representative customers in every region
  • establish a structured interview guide
  • interview at least 30-40 customers on service consumption
  • Analyse the feedback and interview results
  • Derive recommendations and establish improvement plan
  • Present the results within the HXM Global Leadership meeting


What you bring


  • English and German language skills necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Have an analytical, results-driven, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Structured and organized approach to task management. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and LOBs


Meet your team


The HCM team in MEE works closely with high-value customer to help them maximize their investment in the SAP SuccessFactors (SF) suite. 


Our Customer Success Managers/Partners strive to increase customer satisfaction and retention, by driving usage and adoption of our HCM solution -  thereby safeguarding  contract renewal.


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
