What you'll do:
As an SAP Facilities Manager for the Nordic and Baltic countries, you will:
- Actively participate in the real estate lease negotiations with the local leadership and SAP real estate negotiation partners
- Collect required data and participate in the business case creation and approval process
- Ensure correct data in the lease contract database
- Represent facility operations at management level in the Nordics and Baltics, informing local directors on facility-related projects and ensuring business requirements are met.
- Lead, develop and support the local facilities teams in the countries and oversee outsourced building service contracts.
- Lead and support facilities fit out projects in the regions
- Manage all building service contracts effectively, ensuring facilities service levels are in line with GRF expectations and reporting on their effectiveness.
- Maintain local facilities service levels, fulfilling company’s Health and Safety obligations
- Collaborate with diverse global and local teams to implement sustainable practices and drive approved schemes.
- Negotiate facility service contracts with Global Purchasing colleagues and monitor, audit, report on the performance of existing contracts, aligning to Group purchasing policy.
- Work with Global Physical Security colleagues to maintain security standards.
- Lead the development of capital (CAPEX) and operating (OPEX) budgets, report on these budgets and drive improvements.
- Participate in the local crisis management teams
What you bring:
As an applicant, you should possess:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of managing building services.
- Comprehensive understanding of Facilities budgeting, procedures, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to meet deadlines and embrace new challenges.
- Fluent English language skills and additionally at least one Scandinavian language.
- Knowledge of commercial contracts management and procurement.
- Proven experience in leading people and managing projects.
- Ability to lead a team in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in handling multiple, high-priority jobs simultaneously.
- Resilience, quick-thinking and adaptability to changes.
- Ability to solve problems proactively and make sound decisions in a constantly changing environment.
- Excellent grasp of SAP and MS Office applications.

As the SAP Facilities Manager in the Nordics and Baltics, you will be responsible for ensuring the Facilities and Real Estate Management of all our operations across the countries adhere to SAP Global standards. Your role will play a crucial part in partnering with business units based in the Nordic and Baltic regions. With over 800 colleagues spread across nine offices in the Nordics and Baltics, you will lead and collaborate with engaged and diverse teams, ensuring that our service delivery is of the highest quality. You will be reporting to the Real Estate and Facilities head for the UK, Ireland and Nordic countries, playing your part in our global operations.
